Hello,
I am trying to get a tube from the sweep mesh function.can
the wall should not be single face, but have an inner an outer side (thickness).
For rendering it would be great to have caps, but only between the two walls (not capping the whole tube).
So far I tried using two Nurbs Circles and I tried sweeping a poly ring. Both without success.
The straight tube you see in the center is done by booling two cylinders.
As you see this gives much more realistic refractions in rendering.

I succeeded by creating two sweeps and then boole the one from he other.
Still I would prefer to have a double walled tube straight away 😄
