strange shadows

 

I made a model in MAYA then I passed it to ZBRUSH for details and when I passed it to Maya again strange shadows appeared. A friend told me that the faces were repeated, but I don't know how to remove it

Try selecting your model and under the modeling menu go to Mesh Display->Set to Face and see if it gets rid of the black faces.
