Hi
I created a base geometry to use it in mudbox, but I have a problem with the face of the shark
when i try to modify it in mudbox it makes estrange geometry

Well im not a mudbox user but from first glance ill probably say its because theres not enough geometry at the front of the shark so ill advice you to ad some edge loops to that section, i could be wrong tho so seek profesional advice from a mudbox user if my theory in incorrect

Instead of having all of the edges come to a point, make the face rounded using quads. You could also add more geometry.

Agreed - you need to do some more modeling on the head before exporting... not enough geometry there...
