problem with edge loops

Hello. I am trying to use ctrl + middle mouse bottom in order to create an edge loop right in the middle of other two but it dosent work. I dont know why cause one month ago it worked properly. Please help

Do you mean with the multi-cut tool? If you go to Mesh Tools->Multi-Cut it should let you insert edge loops with ctrl + middle click.
