Not displaying mia_material in the material list

In autodesk maya it does not showing mia_material in material list . How can i get mia_material to material list.

Make sure Mental Ray is loaded.

I installed it,
but how to load it ?

Go to Widow>Settings Preferences>Plug in manager and look and check the box for MR renderer.

No mr renderer
but i enabled autoload of mayatomr.mll and it worked.

I am having the same issue, but when I looked in the plug-in manager the mr renderer is not an available choice.  Is there a way to find the plug-in somewhere?

If you installed Mental Ray it should be in the pug in manager Mayatomr.mll....if not, something went bad with your installation.

am having problems trying to install the metal ray plugin 

the message decribed in the image indicates that the metal ray has already beign installed so for that reason I cant install it

am new to this. really need the help of you guys

the main promblem I have now is unable to use the glass function (mia materia)
