Need help with cleanup

So im trying to model my characters arm and there are edge lines that appear darker and stick out more then the other edges. I know its because the edges arent aligned but when i try to fix them, It seems to get worse. Is there a good technique or setting in maya that can cleanup edges that arent aligned?

Hi!

Without infos about the mesh / wireframe:

- Manual modeling

- Average Vertices

- Sculpting Tools -> Smooth Tool
