I am using Maya 2017 Update 5 for a Modeling class I am taking, and I noticed the smooth preview has a problem on my computer. The geometry of my model becomes glitched and unrecognizable whenever I press the 3 key for the Smooth preview. I can still model without a problem, but my models need to be turned in with the smooth preview turned on. I have re-downloaded this version several times thinking it was a glitch that happened during the download process. Does anyone have any suggestion how to fix this problem?
