Materials after skinning

Hi, I have an issue with materials. I had a character made of different meshes (hand, body, head, ecc) and every piece had his own UV, texture and material. Before rigging I combined the mesh in one piece, so now I have different UV channels but with just one material, so when I import it in UE4 I can't apply each texture to each mesh, because it shows only one material. Is there a solution to this that is not to re-rig the character?
