Hi, I am new to Maya after many years using Softimage. I am trying to scatter redshift proxy trees over a grid, but I seem to be missing the mesh import option, so I cannot connect anything. Any ideas?!?
Hi @cameron.gilroy I attached a picture of my Maya 2017 and I have the tabs you're missing. Regardless of what version of Maya you are running I would try resetting your settings/preferences and if that doesnt work try unloading and reloading the MASH extension and see if that clears it up. If it doesn't work though let me know and I'll see what I can do :).
