Is there a way to apply a meshes vertical transform to another mesh? (If they don't have the same number of verts)

Specifically, in this case, the above mesh of the train tracks, I am attempting to have the curve sit flush with the lower faces, is there a tool to allow me to replicate its height transforms along the train track mesh?


Working in Maya 2022.3.
