Import File Error

I'm currently unable to import .dwg files to Maya (2019 version). The file I'm trying to import is a document I exported from Inventor program, also 2019 version.

This box appears when I try to import the file. 

What can I do to fix this error?

take a look into your plugin manager and make sure the ATFPlugin is loaded.
