I made holes using Booleans-Difference and now black voids appear randomly

HELP! I made the holes for my zippo lighter model using Booleans-Difference, and now every time I open up my scene, these black voids appear randomly; sometimes they don't appear, sometimes only one, sometimes only two. Is there any way I can fix this mess?

ok! I just needed to keep opening up the file until i found no black voids and then delete history. thank you very much, I was worried I would have to start all over.
