How to do it smooth ?

Hello

I have problem with this, why is half smooth and half no ? sorry for my english, i believe you will understand me, if somebody know how to do full smooth it but without function "smooth" only tell me where is the problem, i want to stay in "lowpoly"

Mesh display>Normals>soften edges....read more about normals in Maya.
