How do I reset the scale of an object that I have modelled?

So I recently finished modelling a pirate sword but the sword needs to be accurate to real life scale and as it turns out, the handle is 12cm thick, the entire sword is 230cm long and the handle is approximately 35cm long. So the blade is 195cm long.

Translates are 0.2, -0.35, 0.455 and the scale of the object is 1, 1, 1 (xyz)

How do I fix it so that the object shows its proper scale again?

Hi!

The scale of the object in the screenshot is NOT [1 1 1], but it's better if all Scale values show "1".

Also simply ignore the units in Maya, it's all relative.
