How do I clean a model?

I made a really good model but i accidentally did something and now instead of just showing my objects/polygons, (how do i put it like normal to have a clean file?,,, i already tried to optimize) it shows this:how do i delete or hide all those extra files like arnold render or those things???

Under Display, check DAG, it should be on by default, usually you uncheck this option to see other items in the scene that you might want to remove.(for experienced users)

Leave Dag checked as you work in Maya.
