Window > Settings/Prefs > Prefs ---

Select menu on the left box and in the right there should be two check boxes.

uncheck the box “Show menubar in panels” and “Show panel Toolbar” , save your prefs and that should remove them

but there is a short cut i was using it to remove this panel Toolbar anybody know it ?
