Help with Managing triangles

Hi guys. I have this traffic cone that I'm trying to make. Apparently it's to be made within 100 tris maximum. I've beaten my head over this thing and still cant get it under 100 tris, The maximum I've been able to do is 108 tris.
-----
1) All points need to be connected.
2) The base corners should be round.

Can someone please please help me out?

show us what you have so far. looking at your ref image only makes it hard to tell you where you could save tris.

Thank you Sebastian.
Here's what I have right now.
The subdivisions in the cylinder need to be atleast 12.

Thank you Sheasley17.
It does look fine. Did you take 11 subdivisons or 12?
Also, would it be too much if i asked you to attach the actual file for the model (.mb , i guess)?

Ps: Would you also be kind enough to let me know how you managed to get this under 96 tris?

Thank you so much.

I actually did 14 divisions I believe and then basically extruded down and then out to make it flat. After making it flat I took about two thirds of the vertices and merged to center to make the 4 corners. Then I just moved the vertices into 4 corners to make the square and called it done. Hope that helps 🙂
