Getting weird polygon mesh when modelling

why my polygon mesh is getting really weird when im on Default polygon mesh display but i can select normally on my real polygon mesh, and when my polygon is in smooth mode(number 3 shortcut) it just works really fine, so i cant see properly when i want to edit the polygon. any idea how to fix this?, i ran this problem so many times before

That looks like a video card glitch..does it happen on any scene?... is the card drive compatible? Try an update or a different viewport mode.

Thanks for the Zip Barelvi, here I have no artifacts switching from polygons to OpenSubd , the model is clean so I believe your card is not running well with your Maya version, if none of my suggestions worked for you then you might need to look into getting  a newer card or just try to work this way if possible for a little longer.

Sorry I can't think of anything else to help you.
