delete curve after excrude

hi, will deleting a curve after excruding a tube out of it make any problem down the road ?

Hi, I mean like i created a tube extruding from a curve and a circle. then i turned it into quad poly. now i have a polygon tube and a curve that made the tube.

Now can i delete the curve that relates to the tube.

Once you feel that you are happy with the tube you can just delete the history and continue modeling other items.

If you still have history you can use the curve to reshape the tube since they are still connected, but not if you delete the history.

You can also just select the curve and delete.
