Warning: openSubdiv gets different edge topology to Maya poly

I am trying to model a simple chest armor piece, but I am having problems fixing this warning. I have done multiple mesh cleanups, fixing everything into quads, and I still haven't resolved the issue. I have attached the file to this post. If anyone could explain the problem to me you are awesome

Hi!

 

In Attribute Editor enable: Mesh Component Display -> Display Borders

 

You should then see the problem.

Delete 1 adjacent face of the problematic edge and then re-build the face / close the hole.
