UV Mapping A Cone

Im trying to Uv Wrap a cone to match a brick texture, but the top part doesnt come out as i want it to, here are some pictures;

How can i fix this ?

One option, as it looks like you are adding textures within Substance Painter. Is to set the texture UVs to Tri-Planar rather than UV Mapping, it's an option within substance within your texture layer.

The other option is to change the UV mapping in Maya. I've attached to pictures. If you want the bricks to be straight as they move up the cone, you could try planar mapping from both x and z directions. Which will give you something like my pictures. I have not tried applying a brick texture to this object but as your brick is a repeating texture it might blend just fine at the seams.
