tools slide without the shortkey

Hey people, suddenly every tool in Maya (move tool, rotate, scale) is sliding when I try to manipulate it, without pressing the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift. I'm using the 2023.1 version. Any ideas why this is happening? Help a newbie in need. XD
