Smooth problem when press 3 button to display

Dears, 

Good day and i hope you are doing well. 

I'm new to Maya and i have started my first model, this is what i faced:

after building the face model and i tried to apply button 3 to see how it will appear as a smooth the whole design has disappeared and it shows only a line and black area instead of the design. so can you help me to see what is the issue some of them say i have to clear the cash and i already tried to clear the cash but i got a message that there is no cash in the application, and i really got confused about this? When i share it with my friends it works fine but only on my laptop shows like the attached pictures.

Did you delete history, and try to run clean up if the geometry is fine? Attach the file here, so we can check it (zip it and upload it)

Yes, I delete the history file and check it again but the same issue. I will upload the project and the issue that shows on the Output window that told me the resource not enough.

You have a ton of history in this file, you must clean your history before saving or you might corrupt your file.

Your mesh is behaving fine here after smooth mesh, you have a few Ngon areas that need fixing but no major problems.

Your issue might be related to your graphics card, you can update it or roll back, also make sure Maya is up to date.

I would recommend increasing the size of your mesh, try to work in centimeters.

thank you very much for the replay, what do you mean in you can update it or rollback I'm using a laptop is there any way to do that or i have to find another laptop, if so what is the best specifications that i need to have.

Hi!

Your GPU is not supported, it's recommended to use a dedicated 3D graphic card for Maya.

You can try a different driver version, but please also

try different Viewport modes / Render engine settings like "DirectX".
(Preferences -> Display -> Viewport 2.0)

If this all does not help, you need a better/proper GPU, or the Maya features you can use are limited.
