I have a problem with my rotational tool it is not working as it was. please help he to get me out to this problem

Hi!

This looks like a problem with your graphic card (/ driver).
1. Make sure you use a proper 3D graphic card for Maya.
2. Update graphic card driver (maybe just re-install after an OS update).
3. Try different Viewport modes (in Preferences).
