ive been having this problem within many models, and it always happens when i put models from other 3D Softwares.
Lets say i made a model on Zbrush and put it in Maya to Quad Draw it. And the quad draw works but for some reason on lots of places it wont let me put a verticy or drag the edge or stuff like that. ive tried importing high polygon number models and low polygon number models.
