Quad draw bug

I ran into this annoying bug with Quad Draw. Whenever I try to retopo thin surfaces, quad draw snaps to the other side of the thin object. Like cloth with thickness or in this case the stylized "hair". I've already tried making the object a 100 times bigger which didn't make any difference.

Yes, QuadDraw has issues with thin surfaces so probably easier to create a temorary mesh with the inner surface removed just for QuadDraw.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve retopoligules another surface which was really thin with auto weld at lowest value and surface offset a higher value. It seemed to work good, but it might be a coincidence that that surface worked good. I’ll try it later on other thin surfaces and post my findings here.

You will run into problems more easily when extending or moving edge loops. e.g. more than one point
