Optix denoiser error in arnold

I am getting an error while using optix denoiser in arnold The error says:- [gpu?] Unable to load optix library, NVIDIA driver 431.70 is too old (CPU-rendering with Optix GPU-denoiser)

It's nvidia gtx 1650 

Drivers 431.70

Ok, is this the latest MtoA (3.3.0) or an older version? If so, what version?

It's MtoA 3.2.1.1

Now I have installed the latest mtoa (3.3.0)

But still getting the same error
