normals look constantly changing when modeling

Hello,
While I am moving some vertices on poly mesh, the normals seem to be modified as am I doing this, then when I exit and enter object mode the normals seem to be fine. But this constant switching between the normals look is very distracting specially when working on low poly assets.

You can clearly see in the video below that when I exit vertex mode and enter the object mode the normals look suddenly change (the real look of the normals is in the object mode):
