Hi everyone, I will preface this by saying I am a biologist and very new to CFD.
I have a 3d model of some small airways from a human lung and I am hoping to try and run a CFD of airflow through it to see if any airflow measurments may be different in diseased airways, however I am having some trouble as the ends of my model are not planar and cannot be used as the inlet or outlet.
I have attached the stl. file of the mesh here and I hope someone can help me to fix it so a CFD can be run. It would really help me out!
Please let me know if you need any additional files (once the planar surface issue is resolved I can create a solid volume using autocad).
