My scene is opening empty

I saved my animation file last night and it was fine and now when I open the file, it appears empty like a default. I am not sure why or what to do and there is two days work gone. Nothing is showing up in the outliner either. I have attached the file can someone please help me with this? The file is also having a small file size when it shouldn't, I don't know what to do.

Hi!

There is nothing in this scene.

It's just an empty scene as if you would use File -> New Scene and then save this.

i know that's what i don't understand. i opened the file and it appeared as if it was a new scene 😞

I checked the scene with some special tools, not only with Maya, and it does not only appear as an empty scene, it is an empty scene.

To prevent data loss like this:
1. Do incremental saves (as often as suitable) and from time to time save or export in an additional format (like FBX or OBJ).
2. Create backups.
