I am new to Maya and I been trying to use the multicut tool by first clicking on a vertex, but when I try to click on the next vertex, it just won't place on the vertex. I searched on youtube and from my understanding you just have to click two points and it'll make a line? So I am not sure if because I am not using it properly or if there is something that's preventing it from making the line
