Merge Transformation Deletion

A lot of extra transformations I didn't mean to createA lot of extra transformations I didn't mean to createI was trying to merge two completely separate objects together to try and form one object. I used the combine tool to make them one object and then connected their vertices together until I was satisfied. However, when I looked at the outliner a tone of weird transformations appeared. I tried a bunch of different methods to get rid of them, like cutting only the object and pasting it separately, but it just creates a new folder with all of these weird transformations. If I delete any of them, parts of the model get deleted too. If I try to freeze my transformations the model ends up distorting into an odd shape that I don't understand. Is there any way to get rid of these unnecessary components so that my object can just exist as its own entity or should I just scrap it and try to rebuild it all from scratch?

Hi Zachary,

Those are nodes left behind from your modeling history, you should always clean up the outliner every couple of minutes when you don't need history anymore.

This is a normal behavior of modeling but cleaning afterwards  is always necessary and avoid saving your scene with history piled up. it might lead to file corruption.
