maya after I mirrored things then save and exit it disappears

Hi,

every time i use the mirror option in Maya it works great and does what i want it to but after i save and exit the Maya project and go back into the project the stuff that i mirrored is gone and i have to do the same thing all over again. If i do the same thing all over again the same thing will happen and I'll lose my work. what is going on please help

here is the file and the picture of what the watch should look like it the still face should look better but i just quickly put it on so you could get an idea of what it looked like before it deleted.

Not sure what happens to you, but i recommend:

1. To delete history and

2. check your Display Layers to see where an object may end up after using a tool.
