I want to take the two planes and join them together so it becomes one and so it looks square im not sure how i need to do this i was thinking i could just join the verticies but they wont join
First the two objects must be combined, then delete the faces where the vertices will be merged, now you can select the vertices on both sides and merge, make sure you adjust the distance "Merge" depending on how far they are from each other.
