Is there a way to freeze CV Value?

Hi guys

Just out of curiosity, is there any way to freeze CV Value?

I was only able to find 20 yr old posting about some mel script which didn't work. 

Neither of deleting history and freezing did not work, but I'm pretty sure about this thing exist.

select those value , and right click > lock select
