Extruding along a curve AFTER adding new points to the curve causing issues

I've extruded a mesh along a curve with intended results, but I then added points A, B and C and re-extruded, but it doesn't seem to want to extrude beyond a certain points.

I've tried deleting history on each object before doing the new extrusion etc.

From your screenshot it looks as if extrusion is from start to end.

Try adding more subdivisions for extrude and/or the curve.
