Error reading a file on a mac, the figure displays strange stretching artifacts.

The error happens when I try to open a file on my mac, it doesn't occur on windows. The figure just displays some kind of deformations or stretching artifacts and can't really know why is it happening. I really need some help I'd appreciate whatever you can help me with. Here is attached one snapshot of the figure, and also it's pasted the code that apparently describes the error, thank you!
