Duplicate with Transform Failed

Hi,

No matter how many I press Shift+D (Duplicate with Transform) or from the menu, the object will duplicate itself WITHOUT transform. I got the duplication in top of itself. I did make sure that the move tool is set to World but I got nothing. I am working in educational version of the software in Mac platform.

than set transform to (X,Y,Z) to whatever you want to be
