Cottage Roof Design

Hello, I'm trying to create this roof in the image and I feel like I have to use to 'Bevel' tool, but other than that I'm stuck. Does anyone know any tutorials I can follow with a similar roof design to this one or any tips?

Well, you have already modeled most of the house and seems that you have a good grasp of all the modeling tools needed, I would just follow the reference with the floor plan and model the 4 roofs starting with a cube and maybe in SubD mode or smooth at the end, you could then use MASH for the thatched roof or a good texture.
