Are there any tutorial videos out there that cover the whole process from modelling a character (in this case, human), to controlling it? Can't seem to find anything that covers enough.

Hi @Anonymous here's one that covers modeling an average human. If you want to rig and animate it as well you would need other videos but Youtube and many other sites are great resources you just gotta do some good digging!
