Like the question asks... I know you can in 3ds Max with Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V, but was wondering if there was any way in Maya.

Use Transfer Attributes in Component mode.

I've tried playing around, but I'm still struggling with it. Just to clarify... The Transfer Attributes tool you're referring to is the one under Mesh > Transfer Attributes, right? Also, in case I haven't been clear, here's an example of what I want: for some reason the symmetry is messed up, so I can't enable and use that. I've made a cut in the middle of this shell, and I want to quickly copy that over to the one opposite, to the left. Is that possible? And how would I do that in the Transfer Attributes tool? Thanks.

Hi!

No, something like this is not possible (as far as I know).

Delete the faces and copy them over.
