Beginner needs help

Hi guys, I can't understand what I did wrong, but I have two problems with my warehouse project.

1. One object of the warehouse (part 2 on the image) has no visible corners.     The corners are not rounded, but they appears rounded.

2. When I zoom out, some black optic distortion appears on the object.

Please help

Its your normals...make them hard...Normals>Harden edges   that's on top of menu 2015...2016 is in Mesh Display.

The other problem is your camera clipping plane , increase the near clipping plane to.500 or 1.0

it has to do with the scale you are working with......smaller scenes smaller clipping plane
