All of my pivot orientations are the same

When I change the pivot orientation of one object, the pivot orientation changes on all of my objects.  These objects are not grouped.  Can someone please tell me what might be causing this?  Thank you!

Hi!

You have set your Tool to a fixed "Custom" Axis Orientation.

Just select "Object" to get the object orientation.
