So, I've been seeing that anytime I open the program, This is what's in my hypershade. If I attempt to open a file with it there, it'll fault. If I delete it, I can then open a file typically. But then if you attempt to open a DIFFERENT file afterwards, it'll fault and crash. This didn't happen before they announced the discontinuance. I didn't experience these problems before they announced cutting off service to the product. Does anyone know why even after I deleted and re-installed, 1 with substance plug in and 1 without, it keeps showing up. Only reason I mention substance is because I got a message about substance when I open the program sometimes.
