Rig Animation broken when importing to UE4/ Weird parent constraint

Hello everyone, So I'm trying here to import an animation into UE4 and getting some funky mesh distortion from the hip bone on my rig. I've tried several import settings but I've done this process a handful of times now and it's the first time I've come across this error.
I did a little bit of Maya digging and might have found my culprit in the Outline tree. I see that I might of parent constraint, the group to the Hip bone itself. Is there a way to separate the hip bone from that constraint without completely destroying my rig and animation?
I really don't want to redo all the animation work again. Or am I simply just exporting/Importing incorrectly?
I wash Maya LT had Cache option so that I could simply export in Alembic. Any ideas guys? 😞
