Hey guys, once again I am having problems with an Autodesk piece of software (what is going on at this company?).
I would really appreciate some help in getting this problem sorted: Myay LT 2020 closes as soon as it opens, more specifically when the splash screen is still open.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I have a licence for this obviously. My work paid Autodesk money for this product, yet it does not work.
MSI laptop (katana 17 b13V) comes with a bunch of Bloatware. I took it to a computer repair shop, they reinstalled windows from a USB, then after the clean install, they professionally removed all of the bloatware (MSI center, Norton Antivirus, Nahimic etc etc.).
It's important to note a few things:
1. Uninstalling Norton Anitvirus on its own did not fix this issue. It was only when Nahimic, MSI centre and whatever else MSI added to their system did it fix the issue.
2. Reinstalling Windows to factory (from a USB from BIOS) did not get rid of the bloatware. It came back after the clean reinstall (from my knowledge, only the Norton Anti virus software could be removed by the typrical process.
