Maya LT 2016 is now released and I would assume that if you hasve a subscription you should just be able to download it and use it. I am personally finding problems with it at the moment and would not recommend doing so yet.
Thanks for your reply. It is showing up on my account this morning. Last night it wasn't, but after I posted here I tried downloading the trial and that had been updated to 2016, so I already installed it from there. I didn't get a lot of time to play with it last night, but I hadn't hit any snags yet.
