Can't renew my maya lt perpetual subscription

I'm can't renew my perpetual subscription to Maya Lt. When I click on renew (in the account manager), it gives me Digital River Ireland popup. When I contacted them (DR), they rather unhelpfully gave me a link to purchase the new subscription.
