Don't spam "Frame rate mismatch" warnings

Any time a scene is opened with a lot of references, this gets spammed over and over:

// Warning: Frame rate mismatch: The imported scene frame rate '24 fps' differs from the existing frame rate '30 fps'.
Imported animation keys may not match scene frames and become fractional. //
// Warning: Frame rate mismatch: The imported scene frame rate '24 fps' differs from the existing frame rate '30 fps'.

// Warning: Frame rate mismatch: The imported scene frame rate '24 fps' differs from the existing frame rate '30 fps'.
Imported animation keys may not match scene frames and become fractional. //

Most references are assets, which don't have a meaningful framerate.  This warning should only be printed for reference files that actually have keyframes.

Thanks for the Idea @zewt - this is concise and actionable, and we really appreciate the feedback.  I voted as well.

Any news ? It's been "under review" for 2 years...

It's cool that you want to implement all sort of things, but it's also really exhausting that there never is any follow up.

This has since been made even worse (in Maya 2025.2)

Now, anytime your open or write to the file, you're greeted with a popup (which takes over the Z-order) requesting that you "fix" the framerate mismatch between your project and file settings.

There is no way to edit the project framerate, this must be done on every referenced file. We don't need or want this "feature." The originating reference files are to stay at their current FPS, and we work at a different FPS by design. Please stop making assumption about pipelines and handholding with things like this - it is especially annoying when you can't simply turn it off.

FIX IT.
