Do you have VRay installed?

The dialogue button is in Korean, and Maya is very picky about using keycodes beyond ASCII - do you use Korean Windows? Usually it causes problems when usernames contain non-ASCII chars, this is smth new to me.

It seems your system is infected by "vaccine".

At first please reset ALL Maya Preferences in your user documents folder.
For a complete reset of ALL Preferences, rename the maya folder to maya_backup.
Maya creates new folders when started.
